The software does not upload your sonar recordings. Files you open stay on your computer. There is no analytics tracking inside the application, and this website sets no tracking cookies of its own.
Web fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and your IP address is visible to them.
To complete your purchase and deliver the software, which is performance of a contract. To meet bookkeeping and tax obligations, which is a legal obligation. To answer support requests, which is a legitimate interest in running the business.
Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record, processes the payment and holds the order record. Their own privacy policy applies to that processing. Data is not sold or shared with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Order and accounting records are kept for seven years, as Swedish bookkeeping law requires. License records are kept for as long as the license is valid. Support emails are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction of it, erasure of it, or a copy of it in portable form, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to peter.totterman@visionframe.se and you will get an answer within one month.
If you believe your data has been handled wrongly you may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
