If the software does not do what this site says it does, you get your money back. That is the whole intention behind the detail below.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Write to peter.totterman@visionframe.se from the email address used at checkout, or contact Lemon Squeezy directly using the receipt they sent you. Tell me what went wrong if you can, but you do not have to justify the request.
Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, normally within five working days. Your license key is deactivated when the refund is issued, and you should uninstall the software.
SonarDepth reads RSD recordings from consumer sonar units and runs on Windows. If you are unsure whether it will open the files your own equipment produces, email me before buying and I will tell you honestly. A question beforehand is easier for both of us than a refund afterwards.
A fault in the software is not time limited in this way. If the product stops working as described, contact me whenever it happens and it will either be fixed or refunded.
Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Where mandatory law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
