Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every purchase of software from Visionframe, a sole trader registered in Sweden and operated by Peter Tötterman. By buying or installing the software you accept them.

1. The seller

Visionframe, sole trader, Sweden. Contact: peter.totterman@visionframe.se. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record for the sale and appear on your payment statement.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. You are not buying the software itself, and ownership and copyright remain with Visionframe.

A purchase covers the version you bought, including updates released within that version. Future major versions may be sold separately.

3. License keys

Each purchase issues one license key, sent to the email address given at checkout. The key activates the software on your own devices for your own use.

You may not sell, share, publish or resell your license key. Keys found in public circulation may be deactivated without refund.

4. What you may not do

• Redistribute, resell or sublicense the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify it, except where local law expressly permits
• Remove or alter copyright notices or license mechanisms
• Use it in any way that breaks the law where you are

5. Delivery

The software is delivered as a download. The download link and license key are sent by email immediately after payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped physically.

6. Payment and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude local tax, which is calculated at checkout. Refunds are handled under the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Warranty and liability

The software is provided as it is. It is a tool for reviewing your own sonar recordings and is not a navigation aid, a safety device or a substitute for proper seamanship. Do not rely on it for navigation or for any decision affecting safety at sea.

To the extent permitted by law, Visionframe is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profit, or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the software. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version published at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.

9. Governing law

Swedish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your own country of residence.
